MODELS: We are currently accepting applications for promo models for current and future promotional events and other future modeling jobs. Promo modeling jobs may include but are not limited to ring girls, cage girls, event models, gun or car show models, street teams, hostesses, brand ambassadors and more. If selected, you must agree to allow us to use your likeness in our advertising, website, or other media as we see fit at our sole discretion. In order to consider you for promotional and/or modeling assignments, you must submit at least one head shot and one full body picture at the bottom of this form. If you are a prospective model you should only fill out the required fields. Once you have been selected to become a model you supply us with all of the info requested on this form. This information will be kept confidential except as to be shared with prospective clients, staff members, etc to hire us/you for modeling services.
